As the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for enhancing restaurant performance and increasing customer traffic while ensuring that the establishment adheres to essential standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
This role collaborates with upper management to establish the restaurant's objectives with a focus on growth and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
The Operations Manager does not work in isolation to achieve restaurant objectives; they lead a team of Department Managers, each with specific roles within the restaurant.
This involves assisting the Department Managers in setting their individual goals, monitoring their progress, and providing guidance and support to enhance departmental outcomes.
By elevating the Departments, the restaurant flourishes.The Operations Manager is tasked with motivating crew members and managers while encouraging Department Managers to do the same.
This includes recruiting and nurturing each manager to ensure the restaurant has a capable team to guide them into the future.
