Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and specialized knowledge in Laboratory and Diagnostic Services.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standards and safety protocols.
  • Oversee service coordination, quality monitoring, and team training.
  • Introduce and implement innovative techniques and procedures.
  • Perform both routine and advanced testing as required.
  • Supervise a team of Medical Technologists and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Certification from CSMLS is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualification is required.
