Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and train a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
