Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the restaurant.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including promoting our brand and products to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to control costs and drive revenue growth.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
