About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Finance Trainee Representative. This role is designed for those who are eager to learn and grow in the dynamic world of sales and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in data entry and complex problem-solving.
  • Showcase adeptness in critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively convey necessary information.
  • Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
  • Document all calls, sales activities, and customer/technology company interactions in our company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company representatives, channel partner representatives, and government customers.
  • Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
  • Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
  • Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
  • Attend all scheduled training initiatives, reseller/industry events, and company events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting.
  • Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to converse with customers effectively.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying, and presenting sales principles/techniques within a short timeframe.
  • Advanced computer skills capable of multitasking and/or working on multiple sales accounts concurrently.
  • Must be number and detail-oriented.
  • High degree of ethics and integrity a must.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Work under general supervision.
