About the Role

CSL Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Manager to lead our outdoor operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our landscaping and maintenance services, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our landscaping and maintenance services, including staff and equipment scheduling.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure that the department is meeting budgetary commitments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the financial performance of the department.
  • Ensure that all compliance procedures are in place and that all safety procedures are followed to avoid accidents or incidents.
  • Manage and train personnel, including new hires and existing staff.
  • Recommend new processes and share best practices for improving processes and procedures.
  • Monitor departmental performance against goals and take corrective action as necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in operations, preferably in landscaping or a related field.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, maintenance, snow, and/or construction required.
  • Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
