**Job Summary**

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Department Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department, ensuring seamless execution of sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and supply integration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing sales and operations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to promote a strong safety culture through training and policy execution, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Implement inventory management principles and sales strategies to optimize stock levels and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with branch leadership to identify and implement new technologies and strategies to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business improvement initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
