Operations Manager - Landscaping

About the Role

CSL Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our landscaping operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of our landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve technical productivity.
  • Lead a team of staff and service administrators to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, including Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure the department meets budgetary commitments.
  • Oversee operational scheduling, employee skills development, and training opportunities.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and employees adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Manage daily operations, monitor efficiency, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and departmental key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in landscaping or a related field.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, maintenance, snow, and/or construction required.
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
