Position Overview

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. The supervisor will manage a team and coordinate various landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, oversee, and schedule staff effectively
  • Plan and direct all aspects of grounds maintenance
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for projects
  • Organize and supervise the construction of outdoor structures
  • Manage landscape construction activities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
Team Management

The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring effective communication and productivity.

  • Backhoe

Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is required for this position.
