- Sales and Operations Planning: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales and operations plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Safety and Risk Management: Promote a culture of safety and risk management within the department, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure that the department has the right products in stock to meet customer needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that agronomic staff have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and profitability, and develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the green industry, preferably with a focus on irrigation products.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and management skills, experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting, understanding of accounting fundamentals, and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
