About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process day-to-day transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Contribute to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
