About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals, and contributing to the success of our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Process day-to-day transactions and nurture long-standing relationships with customers
  • Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to contribute to branch targets
  • Be a technology expert and share knowledge with customers to help them manage their banking needs
