About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively discover and understand customer needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Process day-to-day transactions and provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Nurture long-standing relationships with customers and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Scotiabank's products and services, and provide expert advice to customers on how to manage their banking needs.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a retail or banking environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
