We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Calgary Sweets & Restaurant Ltd.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant and its services to attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
