Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Namaskar Restaurant Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring that our restaurant has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail required to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills to provide clear and concise information to customers and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Organized and able to prioritize tasks to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
