Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Calgary Sweets & Restaurant Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including supervising staff and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
