Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Maharani Sweets & Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Oversee the performance of restaurant staff, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and service.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
