Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including supervising staff and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
