About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lake Country Radio Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to our customers' tastes.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures meet the highest standards of food safety and quality control.

Inventory Management

Manage our kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and appealing manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role

Certifications

Food Safety Certificate

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality food products. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
