Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for profitably growing sales in assigned customer base and achieving assigned sales growth targets. You will prospect for new accounts and increase core and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers.
  • Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to quickly resolve customer service issues.
  • Maintain a current and competent base of product knowledge and apply that knowledge when servicing customers.
  • Forecast, prospect, and bid for new business to include customers, markets, and additional service opportunities.
  • Team with individuals within the sales organization and key Shared Service support personnel to execute sales growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
  • Experience in telesales and possession of proven phone sales skills.
  • Knowledge of company product line.
