Sales Growth Manager

As a Sales Growth Manager at White Cap, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in assigned customer bases and achieving sales growth targets. You will prospect for new accounts and increase core and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct business out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers.
- Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
- Partner with customers, vendors, Credit, and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues.
- Maintain a current and competent base of product knowledge and apply that knowledge when servicing customers.
- Forecasts, prospects, and bids for new business to include customers, markets, and additional service opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Miller Heiman's Strategic Selling and Large Account Management Process concepts.
- Prior experience in telesales and possession of proven phone sales skills.
- Knowledge in company product line.
