Drive Sales Growth with White Cap Canada Inc.

As a Sales Growth Specialist at White Cap Canada Inc., you will play a key role in driving sales growth in assigned customer base, leveraging our tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business out in the field via face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Increase customer value through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Team with sales organization and Shared Service support personnel to execute sales growth initiatives.
  • Forecast, prospect, and bid for new business opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve customer service issues.
  • Maintain current and competent product knowledge to service customers effectively.
  • Submit required sales administration reports and attend company meetings.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
  • Certification in sales and customer service.
