Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Crunch Fitness (CFC003). As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in our club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our membership options and services to potential customers.
  • Member Check-in: Greet all members and guests with a smile, check them in according to company procedures, and facilitate any messages on our club software.
  • Communication: Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicate special events to members and guests, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Member Services: Schedule member services such as tanning, sell retail products, and facilitate payment of member services according to company procedures.
  • Club Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our club facility, services, and schedules to provide accurate information to members and guests.
  • Teamwork: Assist in all projects as delegated by club management and follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Communication: Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Availability: Available to work Monday to Friday, 2pm-12am, and willing to work weekends when needed.
