Senior Membership Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Membership Services Representative to join our team at the Shaw Festival Theatre. As a key member of our Membership department, you will play a critical role in generating revenue through donor-centric conversations and building strong relationships with our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit charitable donations in support of the Shaw Festival through outbound communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, providing strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism to our members and patrons.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Shaw Festival's mission, programs, and events to effectively engage with donors and build relationships.
- Meet weekly metric targets in support of Membership's fundraising goals and personal objectives.
- Utilize Tessitura, our donor management system, to track contacts, coordinate follow-up actions, and document feedback.
- Process donations and maintain accurate records of patron interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Membership services, providing problem-solving support to donors and patrons.
- Collaborate with Audience Services and Box Office to address Membership-related issues and needs.
- Lead and assist in Membership events, including hosting post-show chats and other select Shaw events to foster revenue growth and patron engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and patrons.
- Excellent knowledge of the arts and arts-based philanthropy, with a passion for theatre and support of artists and arts workers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and donor engagement.
- Proficiency in Tessitura and other donor management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet weekly metric targets.
