About the Role

Pizza Fiamma is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility and business acumen.
