About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join Helias Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the effective implementation of our organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to support the achievement of our business objectives.
  2. Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to drive business growth.
  3. Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to ensure alignment with our business strategy.
  4. Representation: Represent Helias Enterprises Limited in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
  5. Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the effective leadership of our organization.
  6. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our employees are meeting their performance expectations.
  7. Operational Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure the effective delivery of our business objectives.
Supervision and Leadership

You will be responsible for supervising staff in various areas of responsibility and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements
  1. Language: Fluency in English is required.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  3. Work Schedule: A 30-40 hour workweek is expected.
