Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and financial resources, to achieve business objectives.
- Department Management: Oversee the establishment and management of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
