About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join Helias Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of all business functions, including human resources, finance, and logistics.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the business services or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
