We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join Helias Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of all business functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the business services or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
