  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
  • Employee Engagement and Communications
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
    • Design and deliver internal communications to keep employees informed about company news and initiatives

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in HR leadership or management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and employees at all levels
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
