Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Friends Stucco & Siding Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and maintain office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Prepare and disseminate communication materials, including reports, memos, and emails.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and improve operations.
    • Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term
