Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at JiBe ERP. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
