THE TEAM

The Supply Chain Workforce Planning Department is dedicated to aligning labor scheduling with business requirements while minimizing labor waste to enhance both employee and client experiences.

Aritzia is expanding, and our Supply Chain Workforce Planning team is evolving alongside this growth.

This role presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute to the team responsible for overseeing our labor planning process, ensuring the right individuals are scheduled in appropriate roles at optimal times.

As the Analyst in Supply Chain Workforce Planning, you will assist in developing a long-term strategic framework to optimize labor distribution and enhance labor productivity, supporting the success and expansion of our Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the labor planning process to align workforce needs with business objectives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to analyze data and generate reports.
