About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Proactive Supply Chain Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Task Planning: Develop and implement plans to optimize task allocation and workflow, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Task Execution: Organize and execute tasks to achieve work objectives, tracking progress and completing work orders.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and work units to coordinate activities, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on task completion, progress, and other relevant metrics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work activities, including time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommending improvements to productivity and product quality.
  • Warehouse and Production Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Worksheet and Specification Compilation: Compile worksheets and specifications for orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Production Scheduling: Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs, optimizing cost and time efficiency.
  • Progress and Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Personnel Dispatch: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring efficient task allocation.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient task execution.
