Warehouse Operations Specialist - Afternoon Shift

SHIFT: Monday to Friday - Afternoon 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify and assemble products in accordance with customer order specifications.
- Consolidate items utilizing RF technology and Workstation systems.
- Generate shipping labels and verification documents from RP Workstation.
- Ensure the accuracy of products, quantities, and lot codes selected for each order to meet customer service expectations.
- Support the successful execution of inventory audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized workspace.
- Dispose of scrap materials and packaging in designated areas as required.
- Uphold the organization's values daily while adhering to company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or general labor role.
- Proven ability to operate a computer keyboard with a focus on data accuracy and English comprehension.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
- Previous exposure to an automated Warehouse Management System is advantageous.
- Capability to lift an average of 30 lbs safely and repetitively.

- Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Some high school education; a high school diploma is preferred.
