Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain & Master Data Analyst to join our team at Longo's. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of material and vendor set up, costing, promotion management, forecasting, and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management:
    • Set up and maintain vendor and product master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Manage cost and price changes, and ensure data quality.
    • Investigate and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies.
  • Forecasting and Replenishment:
    • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Manage product order cycles, vendor minimums, and logistics schedules.
    • Execute purchase orders and coordinate returns with vendors.
  • Cost Optimization:
    • Manage deals and forward buys to ensure maximum overall benefit.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including category managers and vendors.
    • Respond to requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a business administration field of study.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
    • 3 years of experience in forecasting and replenishment.
    • 2 years of experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
