About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Customer Logistics. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for executing best-in-class shipping and delivery set-up, including volume planning and booking coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery experiences for customers, including in-transit tracking and exception handling.
  • Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business.
  • Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally.
  • Provide cost-optimizing recommendations for the selection of service providers and delivery modes.

Requirements

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in retail or supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze KPI data and provide financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
