Key Responsibilities:- Image and install software on Windows and Apple devices, including IMACs.
- Troubleshoot issues post-deployment across various platforms: Windows, Macintosh, and mobile.
- Handle printer installations and repairs.
- Manage asset disposal, redeployment, and reclamation.
- Coordinate shipping logistics.
- Oversee data backup and recovery processes.
- Conduct hardware refresh activities.
- Facilitate warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
- Provide walk-up support and manage spare parts.
- Offer executive support for VIPs.
- Assist with audio and video support, including health checks.
- Manage inventory and asset operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors for dispatch services.
- Identify and resolve conflicts between hardware and software applications.
- Open and manage service requests, ensuring effective tracking and resolution.
- Responsible for asset tagging and maintaining the asset management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new hires effectively.
- Provide weekly updates on physical inventory and hardware outflows.
- Work with suppliers to arrange repairs for malfunctioning equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all resolutions.
Qualifications:- 4-5 years of IT experience preferred, including technical training.
- Proficient in Windows and Macintosh platforms, along with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with imaging Windows 10 OS.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, Windows Networking).
- Experience with networked printers.
- Proficient in PC-based word processing, presentation, and email software.
- Ability to utilize spreadsheet software for calculations and functions.
- Willingness to work extended hours or modified schedules as needed.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in a call center or help desk environment is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as ClientP or A+ are preferred.
- Strong aptitude for learning and development.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation required.
