About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Foods Chef to join our team at Inchin's Indian Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, instructing cooks, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Plan and execute menu development, including food costing and inventory management
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
