Customer Service Technical Specialist

As a Customer Service Technical Specialist at HLC Talent, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support and assistance to our clientele. This role entails direct engagement with customers to resolve their queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction with a diverse array of specialized offerings. You will work closely with multiple departments to guarantee effective service delivery and uphold the company’s esteemed reputation.
Compensation: $24.98/hour (40 hours per week) + annual bonus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and precise responses.
- Assist in order processing and collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate timely product delivery.
- Coordinate efforts with other internal departments.
- Handle customer returns and complaints with professionalism, offering solutions that meet both customer expectations and company guidelines.
- Stay informed about the product portfolio and keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Exemplify the company’s core values by nurturing relationships built on mutual respect and benefit.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related client-focused role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to quality, teamwork, and ethical practices.
- Familiarity with the lubricant industry or similar sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
