Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor, Customer Service to join our team at HLC Talent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Facilitate order processing and collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt product delivery.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Returns and Complaints: Manage customer returns and complaints in a professional and tactful manner, providing solutions that align with both customer expectations and company policies.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and stay informed about industry developments and market trends.
  • Client Relationships: Represent our company's core values by fostering relationships based on mutual respect and benefit.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-oriented role.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and French.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to Quality and Teamwork: Commitment to quality, teamwork, and integrity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the lubricant industry or related fields is an asset but not required.
