Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining and updating medical records within Connect Care, running appointment reports, and coordinating referrals for physicians and a nurse.
Description:
This Administrative Support III role requires advanced administrative skills and knowledge to support complex procedures and initiatives within a department or program. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Answer multi-line telephones and direct calls
- Maintain and update medical records within Connect Care
- Run appointment reports and coordinate referrals
- Support complex procedures and initiatives within the department or program
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience working with Connect Care
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent critical thinking, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
