Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change and Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation of operational changes across our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans for new initiatives and process improvements.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and dependencies associated with operational changes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills required to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of operational systems and processes.
  • Experience with Change Management Methodology (Certificate is an asset).
  • Experience with Project Management (PMP designation is an asset).
  • Lean/Six Sigma Training (Green Belt is preferred).
  • Post-Secondary Education preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite of products (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Self-directed, motivated and able to work independently and in team environment.
  • Strong leadership, project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
