National Operations Deployment Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Operations Deployment Lead to join our team at Purolator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of strategic program objectives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Deployment Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Change Management: Lead cross-functional teams to operationalize changes, including new technological enhancements, applications, capabilities, and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage deployment teams responsible for implementation activities during the preparation, execution, and stabilization phases, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with operations and business stakeholders to identify sequencing, synergies, and dependencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the deployment process.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business requirements to understand current state vs. future state changes, identifying new approaches and solutions to business issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Operational Experience: 5-7 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 2-5 years in national deployment of processes or technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of products, with experience in project management tools and methodologies.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English is a preferred asset.
- Change Management Certification: Experience with Change Management Methodology and certification is an asset.
- Project Management Certification: PMP designation is an asset.
