About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Orangebird Building Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including snow removal and equipment repair
  • Estimate labour and materials costs for projects and tenders
  • Administer contracts and requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week
  • Work language: English
