About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at The Great Canadian Landscaping Company Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Plan and schedule work, including hiring and managing subcontractors as needed.
  • Coordinate the transportation and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of work completed, including labor and material costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
