We are a leading provider of landscaping services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results to our clients. As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscapers and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Schedule Events and Programs: Coordinate with clients to schedule events, programs, and activities that meet their needs.
  • Schedule Work: Plan and organize the daily work schedule to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Develop detailed plans and estimates for projects, including labour and material costs.
  • Organize and Direct Construction: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscaping features.
  • Plan, Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Lead a team of landscapers to complete projects, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of work completed, including hours worked and materials used.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment and Supplies: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies needed for projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the effectiveness of daily operations and make adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate Subcontractors' Activities: Work with subcontractors to ensure their activities align with project goals.
