About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Good Earth Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective work processes.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Plan and manage landscape construction work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality plant materials.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
