Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscapers and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Schedule Events and Programs: Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, programs, and activities that showcase our landscaping expertise.
  • Schedule Work: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Develop and implement plans to estimate labour and materials required for projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and Direct Construction: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscaping features, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Plan, Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Lead teams to plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of work completed, including logs of materials used and labour hours worked.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment and Supplies: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies required for projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Identify and resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Coordinate Subcontractors' Activities: Work with subcontractors to ensure their activities align with project goals and timelines.Requirements
