About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Pizza Hut Squamish. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
